Successful Customization of Military Apparel Accessories for a French Client

Client Procurement Needs: 

A French client required customized military apparel accessories, specifically copper buckles with gold plating and customized weight patterns.

Challenges: 

Having previously sourced these items from other countries, the client faced an urgent need for new suppliers due to the closure of the existing factory.

Solutions:

1.We identified Zhejiang, known as the "Button Town" in China, and screened over 20 factories. 

2.Addressing the issue of insufficient pattern clarity, we dispatched specialists to locate mold factories. 

3.We took charge of providing molds, while the Zhejiang factory handled production. We coordinated with a gold-plating facility to ensure the completion of product development. 

4.Finally, we managed the sea freight export process. 

5.The entire development cycle took six months, involving collaboration between three factories and our company, resulting in products meeting the client's expectations.
